Who is responsible

ROAM × B4iDIE, based in Tbilisi, Georgia, operates this website (b4idie.ge) and is the data controller for any information collected here.

What we collect

We do not require an account or store personal details to browse the site. If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, we collect:

• Anonymized IP address (last octet removed by Google before storage)
• Pages and routes you visit, time on page, language
• Device type, browser, operating system, screen size
• Whether you clicked the WhatsApp booking button or switched language

Why we collect it

To understand which routes interest visitors most, to fix usability problems, and to improve the booking flow. We never use this data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

Legal basis

The legal basis for analytics processing is your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). When you book by WhatsApp, processing of the messages you send us is based on the steps necessary to enter into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Who receives the data

Analytics data is processed by Google LLC (United States) via Google Analytics 4 under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We share no data with anyone else. We do not sell or rent any data.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics retains event data for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. WhatsApp booking conversations are kept for 24 months for tax and dispute records, then deleted.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, Switzerland or Georgia, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Withdraw consent

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the button below or the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and does not affect processing that already happened.
